File System

Hi

I'm very happy that I bought this case but I have one problem
I wanted to change file system to NTFS and connected it to the USB
Everything was OK but when I connect it to the LAN the case didn't see the hard drive
Is it possible to work on the different file system than FAT32, for example ext2 or NTFS?
On the FAT32 system bigger files are copying very slow and it makes me narvous...

Re: File System

hi,

the file system this device support is FAT32, if you format hard drive to NTFS on PC, the NAS can not recognize the hard drive.
NAS903 is an entry level NAS, its transmission rate is about 5~8MB/S.
To greatly improve the transmission rate, I-NA559N Pro, a high quality product which consists of 5 bay expandable NAS/RAID system + Complex Raid has been developed for this model, you can check google for more information please.

Re: File System

I think that it is possible to change it...
You can do a firmware which will change the file system from FAT32 to NTFS
