BitTorrent problem

Good Morning ,

I bought before 2 days NAS903 but I have a big problem with BitTorrent client because I cannot download anything.
I believe that I have not configure correctly my router settings (BAUDTEC).

I would appreciate if you could help me in order to make it work .

Thank you very much .

Re: BitTorrent problem

hi,kobarsos,
Can you download files in your own PC linked to the same router? You can try that with any download software, if it works, then the router configuration is OK.
Any further questions, please let me know.

Best wishes,
Tracy

Re: BitTorrent problem

hi, our BitTorrent doesn't need to configure any port, but 3Kb/s is surely an abnormal speed, the following situations may caused that:
1,the network speed is too slow
2,you controlled the transmission data flow in your router.(Some routers can control that and some can't)
3,the most possible situation. The download resoure is not a good one, you can change one to try again

Re: BitTorrent problem

Hi again ,

Do I have to open some specific ports in order to have better traffic?
And one more question , why sometimes when I log on it looks like disconnected?

Thanks

Re: BitTorrent problem
