IB-RD4320StU3 - Windows 10 set address failed

When running the box in JBOD mode drive B fails to mount in Windows 10 with set address failed

From event log:
An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk1\DR5 during a paging operation.

And

The IO operation at logical block address 0x5ded40 for Disk 2 (PDO name: \Device\00000072) was retried.

No problems accessing drive A.

Both drives works if running in raid 0/1 mode.

Tried different usb ports (2 and 3) without success.

Running Windows Version 10.0.16299 Build 16299

Hello flind,

Have you tried switching slots? (putting disk from slot 2 in slot 1 and vive versa)
That way you can see if the problem is with the slot or with the HDD

Best regards,
Stephan

Hi Stephan,
Yes I've switched disks and the problem is still present.

I've also tried the enclosure on another Windows 10 machine and got the same problem.

Hello flind,

then most likely your RD4320 is broken.
Do you still have warranty?

Best regards,
Stephan
